Circuit training is a method of fitness training that targets the whole body and cardiovascular fitness. There are a variety of exercises in each class that you circuit through - ranging from body weight, free weights, and cardiovascular fitness. Guided by a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer who ensures you can perform the exercises safely and modify them for you where necessary.
STRONG Nation® is a form of HIIT training (high intensity interval training) that combines body weight martial arts inspired muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
Zumba® is a dance based aerobic exercise class for all fitness levels. I offer a variety of options from Chair Zumba®, Zumba Gold® (suitable for beginners or those needing a slower pace), and regular Zumba® classes.
